This house is hands-down the most cutting-edge, complex, and beautiful home that I've ever built from scratch. The house is situated on a pie-shaped lot which allowed for very unique layouts and architectural elements. Speakers throughout, beautiful natural stone tops in every application you can imagine, and one of the most spectacular yet elegant master bathroom suites around all of Palm Beach County. Large Interior Remodel

This project involved a total interior overhaul. The house was built in 2000, and the layout and finishes were completely dated. We re-worked the entire kitchen space, successfully opening it up and creating a huge, welcoming space. We also re-worked all of the bathrooms, flooring, ceiling details, pool deck, added a full house generator, installed a two-sided gas fireplace, wine cellar, switched out A/C units...the works. The project took around 6 months to complete, and was finished up in September 2018

This house was completed in January 2018, and sold before it was even completed. Talk about 50 shades of grey, this house is packed with all of the latest trending finishes, it has custom cypress beams in the kitchen, foyer, and living room area. Full Blown Exterior/Interior Remodel
This remodel is in the heart of Royal Palm Yacht Club, and faces one of the fairways on the golf course. The entire house was remodeled, including re-stuccoing the exterior, repainting the entire house inside and out, new slate roof, new impact windows, completely different kitchen layout, fully re-done bathrooms, and engineered wood flooring and custom trimwork throughout. The project was completed in early 2016.

Custom Transitional Home

This house was completed in April 2017 and took approximately 6-1/2 months from start to finish. The owner customized this place to be her own and added some luxurious features such as automated blinds, a steam shower, low and high windows looking out at the backyard, Nest thermostats, customized stacked stone at the living room and on the base of the front columns, a heated flooring system in the master bathroom, among many other minute details. The pool has a stepped wall feature with sheer water descents cascading down into the pool. The house looks beautiful inside and out and most importantly, our client is thrilled with how all of her selections came together!!

Delray Beach Kitchen and Bathroom Remodel
Lake Ida area, Delray Beach, Fl
This project consisted of a complete kitchen overhaul, and flooring throughout almost the entire residence. The existing kitchen floor plan had closed in walls, partitioning off the kitchen and living room spaces from each other. The homeowners had a vision of opening up the entire kitchen to completely change the entire feel of the kitchen / main living space. There were a few challenges due to the existing constraints of the original house, but ultimately all issues were resolved and and the constraints of the house were incorporated into the overall design features of the kitchen. We also remodeled two bathrooms, re-tiled all flooring throughout, and installed custom carrera marble subway tile in the entire bathroom area, even tiling the tub face, The project took 7 weeks to complete from permit issuance. We couldn't be more happy with how this project turned out. The end product really speaks for itself. Enjoy the comparison of the original kitchen pictures to the final product in order to truly understand the transformation that took place.

This house is the culmination of the version of this floorplan model. It is the third of it's kind, and we are extremely happy with the way it turned out. It has 6 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. The layout makes extremely efficient use of the square footage. It has all of the 2012 efficiency codes incorporated into it including tankless hot water heaters, low-e windows and doors, and 16 SEER air handlers.

Boca Bath & Tennis Renovation
2nd Story Addition and complete interior overhaul
This house was greatly improved by way of it's complete kitchen and main living space renovation and second story master bedroom/bathroom/laundry suite. Tucked into the lush grounds of Boca Bath and Tennis, was completely overhauled and couldn’t have turned out any better. We integrated custom designs throughout, including a cleanly framed boxed ceiling design in the kitchen, a two-way fireplace upstairs between the master bedroom and outdoor balcony, and a breathtaking kitchen with quartz tops and Wolf brand installed throughout. The kitchen contains two keenly placed islands, and we were able to transform what was once a nice kitchen into a kitchen masterpiece. We also added a second story addition which overlooks the pool deck and lake beyond. There is a master suite, with walk in closets, and also a steam shower unit. We were able to get the job completed in 5 months, from soup to nuts. The job was completed in March 2015.

Key West Inspired Custom Home

This custom home was built from the ground up in the heart of the booming Golden Triangle. With custom slatted stucco detailing cladding the entire exterior, and rustic looking floor tile throughout the first floor, this house is super livable, with very tastefully selected finishes. The master bath has a double entry shower with rain heads, body sprays, and also contains his/hers toilets and sinks. The house was completed in March 2016.

Mediterranean Masterpiece

This custom home was built from the ground up to the latest Florida Bulding Codes, and offers 12 foot ceilings at the first floor and 10 foot ceilings at the second floor. Loaded with a custom sauna, beautiful pool deck, a whole lot of precast stone work, with custom window casings and ballustrades at all balconies. The kitchen featured the awesome waterfall stone tops, with all Miele appliances. The house was took 8 months to complete, and was wrapped up in summer of 2015.

Key West Inspired Home

This beautiful Key West / British West Indies themed house is a new construction home that is situated on the water in Boca Harbor in Boca Raton, Fl. Built to the latest Florida building codes, having 12’ height ceilings on the first floor and 10’ ceilings at the floor above. Impact and Low-E glass, high efficiency SEER air conditioning units, and Icynene Insulation are just a few beneficial items that we incorporated into the design in order to improve the efficiency of the house. There are custom doors and door casings, 8-1/4” base and crown molding installed throughout, custom crafted ceiling coffers, and a beautiful open-floor plan leading into the kitchen area. The master suite consists of exquisite Carrera marble and has a his and hers bath with an oversized shower meeting in the middle. The job took just over 6 months from permit issuance to completion, which is extremely efficient for a house of this magnitude. It was completed in November 2014.

Boca Towers
High-rise beach condo renovation, Boca Raton, Fl
This particular project, situated on the barrier island in Boca Raton, Fl consisted of gutting the existing interior build-out and essentially starting from scratch. The unit is perfectly positioned between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway 130 feet above the ground. The views are outstanding. We removed all existing flooring throughout, stripped the bathrooms down to the framing, and removed the entire existing kitchen. We then framed down the whole ceiling and drywalled all ceilings in the condo, which enabled the finished product of the ceiling to be finished with a Level 4 drywall finish and ultimately we were able to conceal exposed wire moldings for electrical wiring. We installed new 24” x 24” porcelain tile with rectified edges, which mimicked the look of polished marble. The new kitchen contained Omega Dynasty cabinets, with quartz countertop and backsplash. We also painted all walls, ceilings, doors, and trim, installed new baseboard throughout, and custom framed the kitchen soffit and ceiling design to incorporate hi-hat and pendant accent lighting into the kitchen design. Both bathrooms were completely re-done with custom tile work, and we installed a whirlpool in the master bath. The project took 10 weeks to complete upon permit issuance, which worked within the constraints of the owner’s schedule, and was completed in August 2014.

Master Bathroom Remodel
Fieldbrook Estates, Boca Raton, Fl
For this project, we were able to make much more efficient use of the space in this master bathroom. We expanded the size of the shower, as replaced the jacuzzi tub, as the existing one had seen better days. The owner picked chic polished gold fixtures, and the tile selections really flowed nicely. This project took approximately 4 weeks and definitely came out better then expected!

Two car garage revision and duplex remodel
For this project, we constructed a two-car garage adjacent to an existing duplex structure. We also re-painted the entire existing duplex, removed and replaced the existing duplex roof, tied in the new garage roof structure with a cricket system, and installed a new gutter system throughout. We installed new landscaping and irrigation adjacent to the garage, and installed a new driveway. We also relocated the existing electrical meters to the back of the new garage structure, and coordinated with FPL (the power provider) to run the new service to the garage and duplex underground so that all high voltage wiring is concealed. The job duration was approximately 3 months, and was completed in February 2015.

Elegant Kitchen Remodel
Deerfield Beach, Fl
For this project, we took what was once an enclosed kitchen layout and transformed it into an open, entertainment-friendly layout with the kitchen looking out towards the living space. The whole feel of the abode changed from chlostophobic to wide and airy/spacious. There are custom Swarovski crystal chandeliers playing the role of pendant lighting, and there are LED lights in all of the upper cabinets along with undercabinet lighting. Enjoy some of the post-demo to final-completion pictures. The hardware was unselected at the time of these pictures, so the cabinets are lacking the finish hardware. Please excuse this.

Bedroom/ Bathroom Suite Renovation
Villa Rica, Boca Raton, Fl
For this project, we turned what was once a garage into a bedroom/bathroom/laundry room suite. We had to cut the existing slab concrete in order to install plumbing sanitary and water lines for a new toilet, shower, and vanity water lines, re-frame the bedroom /closet walls, and reframe the shower/laundry room area. The new plumbing sanitary lines were routed around the side of the house, wrapped around the front of the house, and tied into the sewer lateral, in total about 90lf of new underground piping. The owner had some cool materials to work with in the shower space, and we did a custom tile design in the shower, with a soap niche, and a sleek frameless shower door

Lake Rogers Renovation
Single story remodel 3 BR / 2 BA
This project, located in Boca Raton, Fl, was a highly involved single-story renovation/remodel. We removed all ceilings throughout, removed the existing kitchen, chipped out all existing floors, installed a laundry room, replaced corroded underground cast-iron pipes, and re-piped the sanitary drain lines, brought the roof up to current building codes with nailing requirements, put a new 5v crimp metal roof on it, replaced the entire A/C ductwork and air handler, upgraded the electrical service, installed impact windows and doors throughout, crown molding throughout, new 24” x 24” porcelain polished tile throughout, new kitchen cabinets, appliances, and tops, new plumbing and tile work for vanities/tops and shower/tub in both bathrooms, repainted every ounce of the residence inside and out. The project took 10 weeks to complete and was finished in August 2014.

My Home Kitchen Renovation

This project involved remodeling my kitchen. I had cabinets that were circa 1959 and came across these hickory cabinets in the Boca Bath & Tennis Renovation's original kitchen. My dad and I measured out my kitchen space, and we manufactured a way to make the cabinets work within the space constraints at my house. I had the electrician, plumber, granite, and tile guys take care of business and this is the final result. Century Village Remodel
Deerfield Beach, Fl
This specific job was located in Deerfield Beach, Fl and was an intricately involved remodel. We were successfully able to work around the existing flooring, while replacing and reconstructing every other facet of the apartment imaginable. We replaced the entire kitchen and installed new 3CM granite tops and mosaic backsplash. Under-counter lighting added a nice finishing touch to the kitchen. We installed new vanities and granite tops in both bathrooms, and did a custom subway tile wall surround with mosaic border and pencil tile accenting the shower. Also, new frameless shower door, and all new plumbing and electrical fixtures. Lastly, we framed down the entire ceiling, enabling us to drywall the ceiling leaving a beautifully crafted finish with crown molding, a nice finishing touch. The job was completed in January 2015 and took 5 weeks, despite being built in the holiday season.
